Work Highlights
This page highlights key projects I’ve contributed to throughout my career, showcasing my ability to lead, innovate, and collaborate across various roles. From improving organizational culture to launching impactful programs and adapting to industry challenges, these projects reflect my dedication to driving meaningful change and supporting the success of teams and initiatives in healthcare and beyond.

01
Culture Revamp at Alethea Medical
I spearheaded a culture revamp at Alethea Medical, focusing on fostering trust, collaboration, and empowerment across the organization. This initiative included implementing new processes, improving communication, and creating a work environment where employees felt valued and motivated to contribute to company goals.
02
Resident Portal Launch at Alethea Medical
I led the project for creating a Resident Portal that allows medical residents to submit eConsults under preceptor supervision. This workflow supports hands-on learning while reducing admin work for supervisors. The portal has been successfully adopted across training sites and enhances education within our virtual care platform.

03
Virtual MD Program Launch at HealthLink
In 2022, I played a pivotal role in launching the Virtual MD program at HealthLink. This involved coordinating across teams, developing operational plans, and ensuring the program was effectively integrated into HealthLink’s services to provide accessible care to patients.
04
COVID-19 Isolation Hotel Project at Healthlink
At the start of the pandemic, I supported the launch of Alberta’s Isolation Hotel Program through 811. My team assessed callers' home situations and coordinated hotel stays for those unable to safely isolate. This initiative helped reduce community spread and provided safe accommodations, meals, and care support to vulnerable individuals. See a patient's story here.

05
Mass Hiring for Vaccine Booking Line at HealthLink
During the COVID-19 vaccination rollout in 2021, I assisted in hiring over 700 Administrative Support II staff for the Vaccine Booking Line at HealthLink - Alberta Health Services. This effort ensured adequate staffing levels to manage the high demand for vaccination appointments and supported the success of the public health initiative.
06
WebEx Expert and WFH Transition at TD Asset Management
As the WebEx expert during the Work From Home transition at TD Asset Management, I created "How To" guides, hosted webinars, and provided training to employees. I also supported VPs in hosting virtual meetings with their teams, ensuring seamless communication and continued sales efforts during a challenging period of remote work adaptation.
